Argentina Creates New Foreign Exchange Rate for Soy Exports (Bloomberg) -- Argentine Economy Minister Sergio Massa announced Sunday a special exchange rate for the country’s soy producers in a bid to incentivize exports, shore up central bank reserves and avoid a currency devaluation.
