Austrian group swoops for Lancashire plastic card manufacturer

Nitecrest, based in Leyland, has been bought by Austriacard, which had merged with Tag Systems, located in Andorra, Spain. Austriacard GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares of Nitecrest.
